Into the Woods

My first project for my Animation Fundamentals class at UT Dallas! The assignment called for a campsite, so I thought I'd create a spooky low poly scene. I am very pleased with how this project turned out, given the short timeframe I was given. While creating the environment for my scene, I learned MASH in Maya, a great tool that I'll definitely be using again. I think these short one week assignments will be an awesome way for me to experiment and just create fun and interesting stuff. Kind of how Disney created a large volume of the "Silly Symphony" shorts as a way to hone the studio's skils in the 1930s and 1940s. I can't wait to share my next piece, stay tuned!
