Seiryu a balanced god 1/4

Seiryu is one of my original characters that I made a few month ago. He's one of the balance gods of my personal projects. In my university we needed to create a not biped character from 0, model it on Zbrush, retopo, texturing and render it, I thought about making him since I got a few ideas.
