#1 Renovation-project ( A Spanish home)

#2 Chair-project in a environment

#3 Beetlejuice-Room (Movie inspiration)

#4 Hotel-project (A Mexican hotel)

I’ve noticed that many of my images up till now have had one thing in common and that is the dramatic light (the pictures are not in chronological order).

#1 The Renovation was a project were we had to find a real home that we thought needed a makeover. Everyone else chose Swedish homes, but I picked a home in the south of Spain, a area filled with Swedes.

The home was filled with bright colours and bad furnishing. I brought in the Scandinavian style, but still kept the Spanish aesthetic and setting a more relaxing vibe. That's what I predict a customer would look for.

#2 The Chair had two parts. One was modelling (that you can see in another part of my portfolio) and the other was making a inspiring image. I chose a colourful room with a flooded floor. This was my first time making water and I really liked the abstract style.

#3 Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice! If you haven't seen it, do it. A great movie with a strong aesthetic style (as always with Tim Burton). What I wanted to capture was following:

The moody set, neon signs, black and white stripes, green and purple colours, the enchanted book and the old house that got taken over by the 80’s sculptor. I also brought in the mould in the carpet and the haircut in plant.

#4 The hotel project was a team effort. We made one image each (rooftop, pool area and the hotel room). This image is just a fraction of the original picture, but it set the whole atmosphere and is worth highlighting.
