This material was created in Substance Painter in January 2020. It is tileable and PBR. I created this material to be used for a procedural city generation of Fallout's Boston. The damage on the walls could be altered with an exposed parameter.

A wall material that I made in Substance Designer. It tiles well and was used in a procedural City generation of Fallout 4's Boston city. You can clearly see some damage, which can also be controlled via an exposed parameter. It's fully PBR.
