Barcelona SkyView Material - Procedual Texture

Here is my entry for the #Nodevember Challenge hosted by The Mentor Coalition. I tried to recreate Barcelona Skyview in Substance Designer, more specifically the Eixample district. In the end, the material can be used as a generator since you can create multiple variations from it's core, as you can see in the video.
