Since I started playing video games I have been interested in this field. At first because who doesn't want to be part of something as creative as games? But after learning more of that process I started learning 3D animation and now that I'm finishing my studies I'm eager to start in the industry.

As a child, my dream job was to be a film director, so I always loved movies and dreamed about creating these fantasy worlds. So this inspired me to enter this world of design and creation.

Since I was a child, I was always curious about how my favorite video games and animated series were created, which led me to create my own stories and characters. When I knew that this could become my job, I decided to study digital animation, that's where I realized that I wanted to dedicate myself to the entertainment industry.

I've always grown up around art and storytelling. I'd love to read and listen to my parents stories, or just see my family's art they were developing constantly. I knew i wanted to go into animation when i realized that was the perfect way to combine storytelling and art. I've grown to love bringing stories into characters of environments and making them as complex as a person can be by just looking at an image/

I realized about this when I found out there was a chance to study animation in Costa Rica. I always love watching animated movies and got really inspired by this.

When I was studying Public Administration at the University, I was not happy with what I was doing and an ex-girlfriend made me open my eyes and realize about it.

I’m 26 yr/o. I didn’t pick up a pencil until I was 19. I went through art college thinking I didn’t “need” to draw. I was just avoiding the fact that I sucked at drawing. But at the end of my education I decided to face my fears and try doing what I truly loved the most: 2D animations, like the thousands of hours of 2D I’ve watched through my life. I took that chance and never looked back. I’m still learning and growing, but most importantly I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.

I always liked animation and everything that involves it (especially 3D), I was also curious about the whole process behind each movie and how "life" is given to characters and environment. Since then I have always liked 3D animation.
