I have always be interested in games and the behind the scenes work put into them, since I first started playing. Becoming a games artist was always in the back of my mind before I decided to take the leap, leave my job and attend University to learn the skills required to make it a career. Now I am just looking to use those skills I have developed as part of a studio.

I've always wanted to work on something creative but I've really only wanted to invest time and pursue a career within the industry for a couple of years.

When I was in Secondary school, I first had the Spark to be creative. I then explored the world of VFX and animation for college. later, focusing on Animation, specifically 2D and 3D character rigging.

I started playing games at a young age, being enamored with titles like Crash Bandicoot and Spyro. Delving into more games like Spiral Knights, Dishonored, The Elder Scrolls Series I started creating my own characters set in these universes while playing the games. This continued as I was growing up, and I realized I want to be a part of the amazing artists that create these worlds and characters that shape people playing games.

I've always known I wanted to do something related to art and creativity as a career and my focus turned towards the video games industry in college.

When I was still a small kid reading to phantasy books and loving watching movies and cartoons as well as playing simple games.

I've always enjoyed drawing since I was a child, its something I poured every ounce of free time into growing up. After finishing secondary school at 16 I was lost and didn't particularly know what direction my life was heading in. My friend recommended me a game technology course at the local college, which is where I found my passion for 3D art. I then spent the next 6 years working tirelessly to gain knowledge and skills to further my ability in the field.

I have wanted to make games since the 8th grade after going to a game dev talk at school

I realised I wanted to work in the creative industry around 2016, I was still in high school at the time and was captivated with shows such as Gravity Falls, the classic 2D Disney movies (the Aristacats, The Rescuers and Robin Hood) and the reruns on Phineas and Ferb. This led me to research animation as a career, which I have since pursued at university.

I first realised I wanted to work in the creative industry when I decided I didn't want o to be stuck doing a regular job with no ladder on which to climb. Video games were my hobby, my release so I thought why not try and make it within that industry thus I started my journey.

When I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to make films for a long time, I just did not know how I could start doing it. In high school, I started to get involved in various film and filmmaking workshops, and then I realised that I wanted to work in the media and entertainment industry. My great passion for film led me to my field of study course CGI and VFX. I realised that I wanted to create at all costs, and special effects had been making me impressed by technology and filmmaking for years.

I've played games all my life and always wanted to make them. Me and my friend dreamed of being a two man team, him doing the programming and me doing the art. Ever since its been my goal.

I started looking into animation a few years ago and realized I wanted to do Game Design in mid 2020.

After spending time in VR, i realised my interest in 3d design in games

When I did film and TV at college.

I realised that I want to be a game developer in the second year of college

I've always been a lover of video games and have been fascinated with the creation of video games ever since I played Sonic 2 on the Sega Mega Drive. This possibilty became more realised when I played games like Halo, The Legend of Zelda and the Tomb Raider games with beautiful artwork in each game, especially with the progression of 3D art within video games, doing things that could never be done in the 90's with the introduction of VR and AR.

At the age of 14 I realised I really enjoyed 3D modelling. At the time I wasn't interested in game as much, but over some time I started really enjoying them. I always wanted to create something that makes people happy and that would bring them entertainment. Over few years I decided I decided I wanted to improve and seriously get into it. I am now studying at the University of Derby and improving my skills easy day, so I could be professional at it one day.
