I always wanted to create art but I narrowed it down to the media industry when I was in high school.

Ever since I knew I had to get a job my only objective was to create. I was pretty artsy since a young age and always wanted to find a way to make money of of it.

Originally from the North Shore of Quebec (Canada) , I quickly distinguished myself through my passion for Japanese horror films and post-hardcore music. Illustrator and artist since I was 9 years old, I continued my college studies and then earned a bachelor's degree in the Arts and Science of Animation at Université Laval in 2022. After several years of study in the program, I discovered new part of me, and new passions. This is how it forged me to be a part of this industry.

After my first semester in college in a science program, I realized that it wasn't for me and I decided to study cinema. I had always liked making movies, videos and art, but until then it had only been a passion. At that point, I decided to specialize myself to try and get a career in the creative media and entertainment industry.

At my younger age, my two older sisters teached to me how to draw and then at 10 I bought my own graphic tablet. I draw a lot. After that I've chosen to studying architecture at high shool and I've learn the 3D basics well. After my graduation, this course made me realize that I wanted to work in the creative media and entertainment industry. Now I'm studying 3D Animation at University Laval and I am thirsty to learn more !

When I was in cinematographic courses in university of Montreal

I discovered 3D modeling during my studies in engineering and I wanted to model more than real-life products. Plus, what interested me the most was the visual aspect of the objects and less their functional aspect. So I decided to join my passions for photography, 3D modeling and digital art and go work in the creative media industry.

I first got into the entertainment industry through video games. After studying 3D animation I quickly realized my real passion was with 2D animation. Since I loved anime growing up it was a natural progression that led me here today.

I was a little lost after finishing a pre-university program at my local college, I choose to take a few animation classes for fun and i was hooked. From there I fell in love with any creative media I could find and I knew I wanted to work in that field.

In my last year of high school, I had to choose between chemistry and Mediatic Universe. I chose the lastest and had so much fun it stuck through the rest of my scholarity

I've always told stories and my world has always been filled with arts and crafts, but I decided to angle my creative drive towards animation during my visual arts DCS and I'm pretty set on going forward in this field after my bachelor's degree in animation.

When I realized how much animation, CGI and visual effects could had to a story, how it was fun to create... and how I could make a living out of it.

I had just finished my college studies in dance and I wanted to continue my studies in the arts. I was very interested in art, composition and forms, cinema and working on the computer, I was looking for a job that could combine all my passions. I found that the magnificent animation program at University Laval was the perfect mix to succeed in making my dream career.
