I always knew that I wanted to pursue a career in the art field, therefore, when I stepped into the opportunity of studying digital art I realized that I could use those skills to build my traditional drawings and sculptures into a world with infinite possibilities. It was during my second year of school, when I started to understand the concepts I was learning in my 3D classes that I realized how much I loved it.

I joined the Navy after high school with the plan to use the G.I. Bill to go to art school and eventually work as a VFX or CG artist of somekind. I was heavily inspired by watching the behind the scenes of The Lord of the Rings trilogy and seeing how movie magic was made. After the Navy I first worked in nuclear power and chemistry for about ten years. During COVID, however, I reevaluated a lot of things and decided to finally go to art school and follow my passion for creativity.
