I realised that I want to work in the creative industry while creating 3D Architecture plans as a technical draftsman.

In 2013 I was lucky enough to go to an Australian Highschool and chose subjects like visual art studies and multi media studies. That's when I realised I want to do this in my future career as well.

I always liked to draw and going more into 3D was a no brainer for me because it's another tool i can use to realize my visions and create cool stuff. :)

After working in a wood house construction company for about 5 years and even in my earlier studies (bacholor's degree in wood industry) I realized how much fun it is to create 3D objects with CAD software. That's why I learned a bit with blender and 2D software at home, but that wasn't enough for me. So I started to take this seriously at the SAE Institute in Stuttgart. P.S. I love games

Since I started playing Final Fantasy VIII with my brother during childhood, I wanted to become an artist myself. I love the worlds, characters and creatures the artists imagined and tried to copy their works. Though I came early in touch with my passion, it took me several years to finally get serious about it – actually only when I started my design studies and worked on my portfolio and skills on the side (there's no real public school for concept art here in Germany).

I realised quite early on, that I wanted to be part of the entertainment industry. I always loved to play video games and watch any type of animation or VFX heavy movie, but it took me a while to figure out in which direction I wanted to go.

I have always enjoyed watching movies, especially animated ones. During high school I had a lot of artistic hobbies like painting and sculpting with clay but I also developed a love for programming. The animation industry was the one to satisfy both of my interests.

Ever since I watched the credits roll on the first HTYD and saw Nico Marlets work i knew, that the design of characters and the world was something I wanted to go into. Now years later, after playing countless games and watching countless movies I am still determined to craft the same worlds, that fascinate me.

After having programmed vision systems, I wanted to expand my programming knowledge and I wanted to study and work with something that really interested me. That interest is of course games.

I have always been creative and found programming and making games the most fun way to make things. When I found TGA I knew I wanted to work in the game industry with programming.

Ever since I started playing musical instruments

well its a long story

My enthusiasm for animated movies brought me here. Everything started with Pixar Studios and Dreamworks; later on also live-action and the Marvel Franchise. I just LOVE animated movies and visual effects as such. At some point in time I wondered: Somehow all this stuff had to be made - How is it done? There has to be some kind of software... I'm gonna search for it and learn it! That was at the age of 17. Now I'm taking classes on Nuke and Houdini at my university, focussing on the VFX side :)

When I was about 12 year old drawing game levels in my school notebooks after playing video games. I didn't believe back then that some day it could become my profession. Many years later I realized that I want to do 3D game art for a living no mater what. So I started to learn 3D in around 2018.

After trying a short course while studying Architecture.
