I use to spend a lot of my time when I was younger, playing video games. Over time my love for them became more than for entertainment, I wanted to be involved and find how to make my own. My junior year of high school allowed me to be in a game programming class and I've never looked back.
Coming into my final year in High School I found myself drawn heavily towards game jams with friends and began getting into digital art. Humble beginnings with some cheesy pixel art eventually turned into, a passion for digital 3D.
After reading Hayao Miyazaki's Nausicaa Manga. Seeing the story he was able to tell with just drawings made me realize the power of art. I think it is incredible that you can create entire experiences with just time and focused effort.
