Hi. My name is Julian Nguyen. Currently i am a student in 3D and vfx at Nord University in Norway. I am doing my last year at uni, where i am specializing myself in character sculpting. I got introduced to the 3D world by early age, but didn't start to study it more seriously until several years later. After i got into sculpting in ZBrush, there has been a nonstop creation process, and i totally fell in love doing different characters.

Once I had enrolled in games design in college as I had an ambition to learn and develop skills relevant to the games industry.

I realized I had a passion for wanting to create work for games well before college. I took my studies further to university to realize that. I love the idea of making scenes that tell a story and engage the viewer with them. From painting on canvas to wanting to render more complex environments, its a goal of mine to be able to participate in this creative process.

It is the first time I saw a documentary about studio Ghibli, I was excited to find out how those illusion of motion created frame by frame.

When I saw the first Avengers movie.

I've always wanted to do something art related and as I've been drawing for a hobby as long as I can remember. After studying Arts in Highschool I still didn't know what I wanted to do and by chance found a 3D modelling tutorial, which led to my enrolment in 3D, Animation & VFX. There I found immense interest in VFX for their impact and technical aspects meanwhile creating something exciting.
