Round of applause for our sponsors

I wanted to be in the creative media since I was in middle school. I said to myself if I'm going to get a job then it should be one where I would have fun.

Ever since I was little and could walk, I knew what I wanted to do. I mixed traditional learning with my own independent studies on the subject. At first, I was drawn into character animation, I poured over different lessons and books written by Disney. But when Covid began and we were all confined to our homes. I began experimenting with different disciplines and found my love for visual effects and cinematography. I have poured my heart and soul into my craft. I haven't looked back since.

After watching the Incredibles as a a kid

Growing up in the vibrant streets of Paris, I was mesmerized by the works of Monet and Van Gogh. It inspired me to pursue a career in 2D animation and bring life to my own artistic creations.

I've always loved to draw, I constantly drew comic book characters daily. Later in life, I then fell in love with film and wanted to pursue in that path. I didn't want to leave art behind, but didn't want to give up film. It all hit me when I was watching Toy Story 3 and realized that people helped make the film. And I could be one of those artists that help create those stories, or even better, make one of my own! So now I'm pursuing on the path of Animation as a career.

when I was able to afford an Xbox 360 was the start of my love for the visual arts. but it was not until I played gears of war and dead space when I realized this is what I want to do. Up until that point I was so fascinating on how the armor is made, the lighting, visual storytelling. that I would try to replicate them when I would draw. it came to a point where my hunger for art wanted to expand into the 3D realm, I wanted my art to come to life. and just getting more expose to visual arts.

I've been drawing ever since I was a child but I really started getting into creative media ever since I took my first digital design class in my freshman year of high school. During that time I developed a passion for animation and character design and have been working ever since to perfect my craft. I want to work in a field where I can really branch out my creativity as well as contribute to ideas and story-telling.

It all started with jotting down ideas for games in high school. Once I learned more about the process of making games, I figured that I would have to learn something in order to be part of that process. I ended up attending Digital Media Arts College(before it merged with Lynn university), where I would learn all kinds of things like fine art, digital art, motion graphics, 3D animation, etc. Character creation peaked my interest the most after learning about the process and learning Zbrush.

I realized i wanted to work in the creative media and entertainment industry when I was a child watching cartoons.

I decided to become a 3D animator when I saw the result of my first animation, it wasn't pretty by any means, but the feeling of having the power to breath life into a 3d world made me feel like I was at home.

When I was 15 I started doing 3d as a hobby and it stuck ever since.
