Uncover Hidden Talent: Hire the World’s Top New Digital Artists
Around 17 I decided that I had at least some skill and that I wanted to pursue art as a career. I didn't know what I wanted to do specifically, but I knew it had to involve art in one way or another. At 19 my cousin started attending a school for Concept Art and that's when the option of working in the entertainment industry really solidified itself as a goal.
When I graduated college (the first time) and learned about the existence of concept art in games and film. The term "Concept Art" was a new thing (yes, I'm aging myself lol). I spent the next eleven years or so teaching myself all the fundamentals college didn't cover and building a life and a family with my husband. In 2015, we decided I should go back to school to get a proper art education.
