I grew up loving art and always considered myself an artist. When it came time to choose a major for college, I knew I wanted to go into an art related major but knew I wasn't cut out for studio art. I wanted a major that would lead me to a better career option than being a "starving artist". I chose interior design because as a kid I had loved playing with my dollhouse and playing computer games about designing rooms and houses, and I could still use my artistic talents.
