I first realized that I wanted to work for the creative media and entertainment industry when I was seventeen. In my childhood I would often lose myself drawing dragons and was often encouraged by my classmates to keep on drawing. I often drew fan art wishing that someday I could make animation. Now in my young adult life, going to school for animation I am extremely captivated by three dimensional animation.

I have had a strong interest in the motion picture industry for as long as I can remember. I grew up watching films such as Jurassic Park or Back to the Future and felt a tremendous sense of curiosity behind making such magic. At the age of 11 years old, I decided to create my first short film by using my family’s home video camera and my father’s laptop and implementing VFX using Windows Movie Maker. I recall how excited I felt as I watched YouTube videos to learn more about visual effects.

When I took my first animation class by chance.
