Round of applause for our sponsors

I have always been interested in working in a creative field. After trying out various creative outlets over the years I have noticed that I veer towards the technical side of those practices. At first I thought that my technical mindset was antithetical to being creative, but have since realized that there is so much need for creative use of technical tools.

When I started making films.

I love painting with lights and shadows. Former Silicon Valley UX Engineer, I left the tech industry in pursuit of light and magic. Former Meta Reality Labs AR/VR. I studied virtual production, VFX compositing and Character Animation at prime CG schools where I had the opportunity to be mentored by artists from studios like Pixar, ILM, DNEG and the people behind productions like the Mandalorian, The Lion King, Iron Man and others.

I was a musician growing up. After years as a touring and studio engineer, I started a career in corporate live production and AV. In the last few years, I've found a high interest in visual arts like video and 3D as a way to complement and augment the music in my life.

I've always wanted to work in the creative industry since I was a kid. I got my BFA at Ringling College of Art and design and after about 15 years of television production I decided to continue my education with unreal engine.

I wanted to work in television and film when I attending college studying TV/Film production. I succeeded in that goal and became a production grip in the TV/Film industry. Now I work at a university aiding future filmmakers and artists in the performing arts.

From the first time I saw an Pixar movie!!
