I have always wanted to do something creative, after leaving the education sector in 2022 I was learning how to carve stone while I figured out what I wanted to do. Found 3D animation intriguing and enrolled at Media Design School.

I first realized I wanted to work in a creative industry once I took a graphic design class in high school. I originally took it just to fill up a spot in my timetable, but once I got into the class and got to work creatively ,I discovered that that's what I wanted to do.

When i was in highschool, i really wanted to dive in into this industry. I would not say that my current course is easy to love. But i hope that more sparks will be found along the way.

After a period of traditional art learning and watching countless sci-fi VFX films, I was fascinated by the beautiful graphics and behind-the-scenes production stories. I realized that I wanted to be involved in this entertainment industry that was constantly evolving and breaking new ground in art and technology.

In year 11 of high school, I realised that I have a big interest to work in the post-production process of film and tv series. I like watching films and series with heavy CG and I've always thought it's cool to be able to make an imagination real with CGI.

I used to work as a journalist, but the desire to make games kept pulling me back.

After completing three years of study in China, I have successfully completed numerous courses in the Bachelor of Art & Design program, specializing in 3D Animation & VFX. These courses were taught online by Media Design School teachers. As a result of my studies, I have come to the realization that I am passionate about working in the creative industries.

As a young kid, I moved around a lot but one thing that kept quite consistent was video games and the enjoyment they brought to people, myself included. I was always quite creative in the games and hobbies that I had, but I realized I could bring that creative nature into creating entertainment that can also bring that enjoyment to people.

Since I learned from Media Design School, I have felt a high sense of achievement and enjoyment so I am sure I have to work In this area at an industrial level game graphic.

I was twelve years old watching hours of top animation school entries on YouTube, watching short animations, full length movies and diving into visual story-telling. My strongest inspiration came from Pixar and Studio Ghibli films especially. I was also pretty rubbish at basic math (still am), so as a very young teenager, I decided on a career in creative industries.

when i realise i don't want to take something i hate as my job

Watching a lot of animation films inspired me to be apart of the Industry. Creating imaginative world and stories without any limitation is where i find the fun.

Watching the Lotr behind the scenes DVD!

After graduating from Marketing at university and working for Ubisoft SEA on assets localization for 2 years, I realized that I am more of a creative guy than a business guy. As a veteran gamer, I am ready to evolve from a player to a developer.

After watching the behind-the-scenes footage of Lord of the Rings, my childlike mind had an epiphany that real people were responsible for bringing these fantastical worlds to life. I was struck with the realization that individuals were actually paid to create, and from that moment on, I knew that I too wanted to pursue a career in the creative industry.
