I am self-learner basically, made a degree in philology and worked for certain time as translator, but then I realized that I want to work in creative field. Since then I have been learning constantly, taking many online and offline courses which altogether helped me a lot to grow professionally. I’ve started my creative path from graphic design and layout design and developed into motion designer and animator. I’ve got fascinated by 3D animation the most and realized that's what I want to do.

When I knew I can draw anything!!

Ever since I was 12 and realized unlike many of the adults around me, I had to make a career out of my tallent and what I was passionate about.

Growing up, my dad would always tell me that I got my creative gene from my grandpa. Because just like him, I would always be doodling or creating something. I realized that as I grew up, I always prefered to watch animated content over life-action ones. Just the fact that people like me could breathe life into these characters and tell meaningful stories that resonated with me felt almost like a super power that I wanted to be able to do too.

When I was in junior high school student, I decided to go to art university. Then I learned art and programming skills. After working in the advertising industry for 7 years, I came to Canada from Japan to study VFX.

As a child I was always interested in movies. They were a very important part of my life until Avatar, that movie made me decide that I wanted to work in the industry and be able to create something like that .

In 7th grade I had taken a short summer course making 2D platformers. It was fairly basic, but I had a lot of fun. I was studying to be a Real Estate agent for sometime, but I was growing bored of the course work and I wasn't excited about my future. I was in a game store in Edmonton looking at all the collectibles and games when I realized that I wasn't on the path I was passionate about. When I came back to Vancouver, I switched gears completely and committed myself to learning Game Dev.

Ever since I was small I was in love with video games and the powerful stories they could tell.

When I was a kid, I loved watching animated movies. And I realized I want to make my own movies by myself when I was in junior high school.

From the moment I put my hands on a video game, I realized I wanted to work in the creative and entertainment industry.

In high school my dream was to become a Game Developer when I did my first game, now that everything is clear and I found What I love, I realized that I want to become a Character Artist.

Art has always been apart of my life, however when I made the switch from traditional painting to digital sculpting, I realized how much more there is to it! After completing my studies at Vancouver Institute of the Media Arts with a degree in Game Art and Design, I realized becoming a 3D Character Artist was my new dream.

I decided I really wanted to get into the games or animation industry when I was around 22 years old, I got a bit into 3D art and then just kept going, the more I learn to do and the better I get the more I realize that I'm still new and have a lot to learn so I think getting into the entertainment industry would not only be satisfying but also challenging and I'm all for it!

During my bachelors, a friend introduced me to Blender. I fell in love with it , I spent hours learning the fundamentals of the 3D pipeline - Modelling, Texturing, Lighting, and Rendering. I updated all my works in my Artstaion profile. A profound VFX studio in India reached out to me through Artstation to hire me for a film project. That's when I realized I am ready to work in the creative media and entertainment industry.

After creating my first Character at the age of 10. I realized then that I could create stories and share them with other people.

I have liked watching cartoons and animations since I was a child. Watching fun animations was a refreshing change of pace. When I was in high school, I wanted to work in the entertainment industry in the future, so I started to study painting in earnest.

A year. ago I started to feel very unfulfilled in my job as a power engineer. I was told many times over that I have great attention to detail. Being told that, sparked something in me. After getting laid off due to a global pandemic, I decided to learn photoshop in my free time. that quickly spiralled into me joining the school for graphic design. Through that, I developed a great passion for art and design. In all forms of media. 2D ard 3D art, and vector art. I am new but filled with passion.

I realized I wanted to work in animation when I saw How to Train your Dragon on the big screen, and made me realize how much I want to be in this field.

I have always had a passion for working in the fast paced entertainment world. When I saw Moana for the first time in the theatre, that really pushed me to pursue a career in the film industry.

Throughout high-school I took courses dedicated to media arts. With my love for video games and my increasing knowledge of 3D modeling and animation. I decided I would choose to go to post-secondary for game art and design halfway through high-school.

Since I was young films and games has been a huge part of my life. My father really got me into both and seeing the incredible work and mind blowing creations and FX I've seen in both films and games I was inspired and wanted to do the same! To create and inspire others and blow their minds!
