After I started studying an engineering degree and I noticed how unhappy and unfulfilled I was I decided to chase my hobbies and turn them into a career

I've always had a creative mind. Always trying to blend reality with my mind to create new ideas and alternative ways of solving out problems. I started as a musician, but after completing successfully my musical studies during COVID, I decided to try something with a farther and wider creative reach. Games Design.

When I was young, I would watch lots of movie like blade runner. And wanted to be part of the creative process in comeing up with interesting characters and worlds.

I am always passionate about fashion and design. I studied bachelors in fashion and design. After graduating, i wanted to gain more skill and knowledge in this field in a different way and with advance technologies. I started doing research about the courses which relate to fashion design. I found digital fashion interesting and thought it would matches my interests .

I first realised I wanted to work in the creative industry is when I was doing my apprenticeship in Childcare back in 2017. I wasn’t happy with what I was doing and realised this isn’t the future I wanted. I decided to follow what I was more passionate about. So I went to college to study art and design and found my interest in Gaming along the way. The best decision I have made and I do not regret it one bit.

I always prefer to do something not in STEM and enjoyed art growing up

Ever since I was a kid playing on my PlayStation 1, experiencing such classics as Spyro, Crash, and more. I always imagine creating these immersive worlds, with expressive characters and personalities. Which lead me originally down the line of 2D concept artwork, but more recently a shift into the 3D pipeline.

I have actively studied art since highscool, through a variety of different mediums. Having started a course specifically focused around concepting is what drew me in to pursue a career further. I feel there is more freedom in what I can explore and develop in this pathway than in any of the other mediums I have explored.

Since as far back as I can remember, I have always been fascinated with the FX. From the illusions of Méliès to the stop-motion of Harryhausen; The hidden FX of Fincher to the bombastic of Marvel-esque productions.

In my 15or17 age “ I play, spinner cell blacklist game in PlayStation and PC I’m so excited how to create this textures and characters and visual. awesome work ubisoft” so that time I realised I want this creative industry

Since I was young I've enjoyed playing and experiencing games, as I grew up I realised I could take a step to make something in the gaming industry myself.

When I started studying digital media design at Raffles College of Higher Education, and I was learning through some basic 3Ds, it hooked my interest and I decided to really want to work in creative industries.

I was first introduced to the amazing world of art and design through the comic book masterpiece 'Panchatantra.' I was a little child at the time, with wide eyes as I devoured every page. From that moment on, I realized that my vast imagination could be turned into something truly magical, the ability to express myself through the medium of art.

When I got my first Commodore 64.

Back in high school, I started doing graphic design on the side, I kept expanding my knowledge and getting more experience until I decided to pursue it. That's when I started my Bachelor degree in LUCA School of Arts Ghent.

When I was in secondary school I used to spend my free time browsing concept art websites and it sparked an interest that has been burning bright ever since.

I originally planned to follow my best friend of 3ish years at the time to do business studies and when he made the decision to do games art as a career, The course just threw us into creative development with no stops on what software's to use, ofcourse we had no idea how to use them but the fun i had learning and creating is what brought me here and i hope to make my younger self proud as this industry nurtures my skills to a higher degree.

At 16, my first game art lecturer told me that once I began to learn the technical side of game art, it would begin to work its way into my everyday life. He said that for example, I would look at a rock on the side of the road, and I would visualize its topology, how it could be textured, and what lighting would really make it pop. He was correct and I became instantly fascinated with both the technical and artistic sides of games. I am now 21 and my passion continues to grow every day.

I always wondered what I can do different rather than doing something common , I always thought of presenting and creating NY ideas to the world of fictions

When I realised how much different types of creative media had truly impacted me, and how big part it was of my childhood, memories, learning and development. And it still is a big part of where I derive entertainment. I wish to be, if only a small part of bringing such a experience to someone. While my main focus and experience pertain to games, movies, tv-shows, comic books etc are of significant interest and relevance for me as well, if such an opportunity would arise.

after playing games i wanted to do concept art

when I was in the 10-grade im interested in sketching and creating monster characters and stories one day my maths teacher saw my notebook and told me to do animation

When I first aspired to join the art industry, I was just a kid who loved doodling. I fantasized about becoming a cartoonist and creating a whole new world. As I grew a little older, I became captivated by movies, animation, and games. I longed to be a part of this industry, collaborating with others to create new works and inspire the next generation of aspiring artists.
