Round of applause for our sponsors

For sometime now. When I was in the 9th grade I got bored and made an animated rocket in my book binder. I like to draw and create, so this is in my terrritory.

I've always been able to draw. I'd say that it runs in the family DNA. I've also grown up in the age of technology and I have a career as an IT professional. It pays the bills and I'm competent in my line of work but it's not really a passion. I decided to enter a bachelor's degree program in design and animation with the hope of marrying my artistic and technical skills in hopes of changing my career into something geared towards creativity.

Since I was a child, I was fascinated by the magic of film making, theatrical productions, and theme parks. From that moment, I made it a habit to have a pencil in my hand when I went out to explore. Creating immersive experiences is what I want to do with my creative abilities.

I'd always had aspirations since I was a kid. My father connected with my brothers and I through a shared love of gaming and I've never looked back. I've decided after some thought that I'd like to do something creative since I loved to draw and write stories at a young age but had never put much thought into professional development until now.

My passion for the creative industry's competitive and technically driven aspects was sparked during my second year of high school. As I delved deeper into my interests, I realized my strengths and talents aligned with these fields. I dedicated myself to learning and developing my skills in various creative areas. Since then, I have been wholly committed to pursuing a career in the creative industry and believe that my drive, technical abilities, and creativity make me an excel.

I grew up always, drawing or reading- always immersing myself in some other world. While I knew, I always wanted to do something creative- it didn’t really click in till I received my first video game console at the end of middle school. Playing, games it showcased a whole new world to me, and ever since then. I’ve knew what I wanted to do, and the rest is pretty much history.
