When I was a kid I saw Toy Story 1 and I Immediately fall in love with it. I watched this movie a hundred times, it was on a video tape and I remember back then that I watch it a lot because the video tape was broken in the final 15 minutes of the movie, Even though there wasn't any subtitles but I understand everything which was weird. Later when I grew up I decided to learn more about animation as a hobby. And after a couple of tests I decided that I want to be an animator.

I have always wanted to work as an animator. When I was little I would watch films in awe wondering how it was done. Now that I am older I am still in awe and full of excitement that I can one day be apart of it.

Since I was a kid I loved video games, and animated films like Treasure Planet, but always thought of working in the industry as a dream that will never come true, and its just nice to think about it from time to time. Then I started my degree (Artistic Computer Graphics) which showed me that being part of this beautiful creative journey is possible, so I set sails on my voyage of fulfilling dreams, working with passionate people, and bringing joy to the "masses" with things we create.

As a child I had book shelfs of VHS from might mouse to lion king I would rewatch these animated classics over and over. I would even play out different adventures with my action figures and eventually started working on comic books in my composition books while sitting in class. throughout the years this never left me even as I served 12 years in the military I always had my computer working on design work and and trying to teach myself animation. I am pursing my passion and I love the journey.

I have wanted to be an animator since I realized there were people that got to draw the movies. My mind was set after that discovery and I have been studying Fine Arts and Animation ever since.

The minute I saw finding Nemo, I just couldn't wait to make animation my career. I hope my creations reach industry level...

From along as I can remember I knew I wanted to do art for a living, but until I found 3D modeling and the free program blender when I turned 18 did it click with me what I wanted to do. Something about 3D modeling and Animation really grabs my attention like no other medium has and I could find myself working for hours and hours on end, which is a large change to my typically short attention span. I want to foster my curiosity and get whatever feedback I can.

Ever since I was a kid I loved to draw and it wasn't till in my final year in high school that I realised I wanted to do animation when I created a stop-motion animation called 'Cartoon Cookies' for my Media project. It garnered a lot of attention and helped me get into JMC Academy in Melbourne. I decided to pursue and sharpen my skills further by enrolling into Animation Mentor.

My ambition in life is to become a professional 3D animator (create life through motion). At the age of 8, I discovered video editing software and other creative software where I could express my imagination through videos, games, and images, and from the age of 12, I have worked with 3D software Cinema 4D and later Maya as my software of choice. This continued interest and growing enthusiasm makes me determined to follow a career within the animation business.

I was 19 years old attending a community college and enrolled in an intro to 2D Animation course. It was then when I realized I had a passion for it.

I was always interested since I was young, but when I was in university I had one intro to 3D modelling and animation class. Right at that time, Tangled came out, and suddenly I was seeing everything with a new light. I knew I just wanted to be part of a team that created compelling and beautiful stories.
