Round of applause for our sponsors

Entering my last year of my education in Master of Architecture was a really important period in my career life. Working on my diploma wasn't just a random project with satisfying result but something more - process which made me upgrade not only my skills but I got to know myself as an artist and architect.

The theme of my project was Design Factory, spaces for workshops for Design, Fashion and Photography, exhibition rooms, bookshop and café. The aim of the project is to preserve the green areas of the Milanese district and to create unique landscape. The new shapes are dynamic and expressive but in the same time correspond and create harmonic environment. That's why post-production played really important role in the project to represent planting and the surrounding old architecture.

Inspiration: Piazzas are the beating hearts of every Italian city. What all piazzas have in common is their civic and symbolic importance: different activities intertwine in one spiritual place. Under this energy the earth starts to “crack” and underneath is revealed a world of emotion and liveliness, a world of art.

The feeling of lava going through "cracks" is strengthened by light which was created in post-production as well.

Main volumes are created in Autodesk Revit, rendered in Autodesk 3ds Max and V-Ray where I experimented with textures and last but not least the post-production was made in Photoshop to represent the environment.

Lights and planting in the interior are mostly created in Photoshop.

Thanks for reading through my entry!
