INTERIOR DESIGN 5 (CO-WORKING DESIGN)

To design a co-working space, for WEWORK, at APW Bangsar, 29, Jalan Riong, Bangsar, 59100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. The design intention of this Co-working space is to be fostering a sense of community and providing a platform for meaningful connections with a comfortable and calming place for the user to work and social.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT 

Design inspiration came from the unique logo of WeWork, the word 'WE'. We mean group or more than one people together. The keyword unionized, interaction, and link is from the brand identity of WeWork which is positioned itself as a place where individuals and businesses could come together to collaborate and connect. The brand emphasized the importance of networking and building relationships within its coworking communities. Using the WeWork logo as inspiration, the space was designed with a curved form that has the power of unionized interaction and link leads to enhanced creativity, productivity, ultimately enriching the experience for all coworker users. The colour palette should be neutral colour, with modern soft rounded edges furniture and textured material with warm and calming interior.

3D PERSPECTIVE VISUALIZATION

Reception Area - The gracefully curved wall serves as a symbolic connection, gently descending to reflect the interconnectedness of individuals within the co-working space. A neutral beige color palette adorns the reception area, imbuing it with a sense of warmth welcoming all who enter.

Cafeteria -Adjacent to the reception area for effortless access, guests can indulge in a café experience while waiting. Positioned to offer a scenic view, the mini café bar invites guests to savor their beverages while immersing themselves in the beauty of the outdoors.

Working Area - The seamless integration of tables and benches symbolizes the collaborative spirit of individuals working together, where ideas effortlessly intertwine within the WeWork co-working space. Indoor plants are strategically placed to enhance worker productivity, fostering a refreshing and invigorating atmosphere conducive to creativity and focus.

Private Pods - The curved private pods draw inspiration from the organic structure of trees, offering a tranquil retreat within the workspace. Meanwhile, the reflective ceiling embodies the concept of connectivity, reflecting the interconnectedness and collaborative energy that permeates the environment.

INTERIOR DESIGN 6 (RESTAURANT DESIGN)

To design a Hotpot restaurant, for Haidilao, at Lot P02-2, Bamboo Hills, Segambut, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. The design intention of this Hotpot restaurant is to provide a space that celebrates the joy of togetherness, fostering a sense of unity and belonging among all who gather around its inviting tables. A warm and inviting environment where families and groups of people come together to share not only a delicious meal but also their unique bonds and stories. 

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

The interior style will be chinese traditional style beacuse haidilao brand is from China.Sichuan hotpot is a popular Chinese culinary tradition known for its spicy and numbing flavors. It involves cooking a variety of ingredients, such as meat, seafood, and vegetables, in a pot of simmering and highly seasoned broth.  The inspiration is from the excellent customer service dining experience.

Reception Area - Bamboo reception counter not only embraces sustainability but also seamlessly blends with tr aditional Chinese interior aesthetics.

Sauce Area - In the heart of the hotpot restaurant lies the sauce area, strategically positioned at the center to serve as a focal point accessible to all customers with lines intersect ceiling to show the concept of interaction. This central location not only facilitates easy access to a variety of sauces and condiments but also enhances the dining experience, inviting patrons to personalize their meals while adding to the visual appeal of the restaurant's interior design.

Dining Area - Warm red colour inspired from the signature mala soup evoke the feeling of warm, friendliness and togetherness. Customized bench sea􀆟ng. Create sense of community, allow fit multiply people, fostering a shar ed dining experience. More space efficient compared to chair.

Private Dining - The private dining area in this hotpot restaurant offers an intimate and exclusive space for guests to enjoy their meals with privacy and comfort. Circular table symbolize unity and e quality in Chinese culture. Foster sense of connection.

UNREAL ENGINE ADVANCED 3D INTERACTIVE

This was the first project i did use 3DsMax for modeling and unreal engine Render. It is a Residential design project.
