The concept show a community collaborate together which an idea of Komune. Then, it unite, people cross over the community space to communicate with opposite perspective people. The concept do connect every area and people cross over people and space to communicate. Lastly, people communicate and the action of linking and connecting each people in the open space. The concept is wavy form which the people inside a community unite together. In interior space, it cross over each space to show that each area is unite and connected but that’s separate area. The interior using white and wood texture, which is more to muji style concept. It interior is light and clean.

Komune is a communal serviced office space with productive and beautifully designed environments that will change the way you work. Komune is all about aspiring and comfortable environments conductive for productivity, creativity, collaborate and community. It come with bright and inviting space with warm, stylish designs.
PROJECT BRIEF
To design a co-working, a workplace, for Komune, at Lot M, 29-5, Jalan Riong, Bangsar, 59100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. The built-up floor area of this unit is 7020 sqft.

Designed with wood stipt panel to make a private sense to lounge and glass panel for reception
Entertainment & Pantry
Designed with platform and wood stript for sunshading.
Cafe
Designed with round cafe serving island and various type of sitting.
Discussion & Hot Desk Area
Designed with a semicircle wood stript for the discussion area and wave design table for hot desk area.
Discussion Area
Designed with open plan and with different various type of discussion table.
Private Office & Meeting
Designed with usual formal working desk with usual composition.
Dedicated Area
Designed with all formal table composition design.
Event Space & Nap Area
Designed with a small wave design stage for event space, with also foldable glass panel for mulifunction the space. Nap area for napping.
