Darth Malgus Fan Concept
For this piece, I wanted to give the character Darth Malgus from Star Wars: The Old Republic a touch of my own unique spin for this work. He is originally portrayed as a very dominant character. Therefore, for this fan concept, I sought to give him a more enigmatic vibe and still keeping his “all powerful” presence.
Sienna Lightheart Character & Prop Design
This is my original character which is based on a woodland sprite that was captured. Her perpetrators tried to turn her into a weapon using blood magic. However, they failed and she escaped only to be shunned by her own kind. The idea behind the blood fountain prop is that Sienna uses it to store and keep the blood fresh. The Whisphomes prop is my idea of how the houses od the woodland sprites would look like.
Culture Bend Dragon Age
This is a fan art of the Isebela from Dragon Age. I decided to add a twist and bend her into a Malay Muslim culture. Hence, I seek to change details like her clothing such as a hijab, and to give her Malay facial features. Things that I kept the same to reference the original character are her colour scheme and weapons. The environment that I done up is her being on a sailing ship to adhere to her being a pirate captain.
Creature Poster Design
Liclo Salivatus, a creature which I designed for this poster. The idea was to have some sort of story telling in which the poster is actually a quest book of someone, where there is useful information of the creature. The owner of the quest book is on a quest to hunt the creature and collect organic samples for research purposes. I started out with silhouettes and flats for the ideation. Once the design is confirmed, I proceeded to render the creature and the quest book itself.
Card Illustration Orc
This is a splash art in which I painted an original character which is an orc berserker. I challenged myself to render it in a dynamic scene where the orc is in a warzone. I was inspired by world of warcraft recent cinematics, and wanted to render this piece to look as close as possible to the orcs within.
