Brand Identity for Sugar Coated Chocolates

Overview:

Embark on a delightful journey as my client introduces a new candy-coated chocolate confectionary tailored for the Gen Z generation. This multifaceted project involves not just creating a brand but weaving a visual narrative that resonates with the target audience. From a captivating name and logo to inventive packaging, an informative poster, and engaging social media content, every element is meticulously designed to make a splash in the European market.

Product Essence:

The sweet creation is more than just chocolate; it's a symphony of ethically sourced cocoa and vibrant sugary coatings, offering a burst of flavor in every bite. With six unique colors wrapping the same irresistible milk chocolate, my client's candy is not just a treat; it's an experience designed for the discerning tastes of teenagers and students.

Branding Goals:

Name Creation: A name that embodies the spirit of my client's candy-coated creation, appealing to the dynamic Gen Z audience.

Logo Design: Craft a distinctive letter- or wordmark logo that stands out, inspired by the simplicity of brands like Google and Coca-Cola.

Visual Style Guide: Establish a consistent and vibrant visual language that reflects the brand's energy and youthfulness.

Packaging Design: Inventive packaging for individual 40g servings, marrying functionality with eye-catching aesthetics.​​​​​​​

A2 Poster: Design an eye-catching poster for high school and university spaces, blending aesthetics with essential information.

Social Media Posts: Create two engaging social media posts (1080 x 1080 pixels each) or infographics, delivering a snapshot of my client's product's uniqueness.

While the process of ethically sourcing cocoa is a serious endeavor, the challenge is to convey this message in a friendly and straightforward manner. Through the website, social media channels, and strategically placed posters, the aim is to educate and inspire the young audience about the positive impact of their candy choice.

Meet Isla Stewart and Njabulo Dlova, owners of Brodie's Books, a renowned online bookstore specializing in rare, collectable second-hand books inspired by Scottish literature.

Rare & Collectable: Brodie's Books offers curated rare books, attracting global collectors.

Unique Proposition: Specializing in luxury, high-end literature.

Main Goal:

Transforming their physical space into a welcoming sanctuary where rare books and artisanal coffee intertwine, fostering a literary haven.
