Vejigante Mat
This is my submission for the Meet Mat contest. I decided to do a Vejigante Mat, as a Puerto Rican, the Vejigantes are a big part of our culture and I wanted to showcase them for the word to see. This is going to be a challenge but a fun one.

And Veji-Mat (nickname that my best friend gave him) its finally done! This was such a fun contest, it challenge me to use Substance Painter in such a different way, I learned a lot about displacement and how much you can push it inside Substance Painter. Hope you like it!
Update - 5 Dec 2023
Another update here. I fixed a little bit the displacement on the horns, they look less stretched out but I think I can get them to look a little better. I decided to play around with some different colors and I kinda like this light blue a lot better, not a final color but its in the mix. Soon will start on the base.

Update on my Vejigante Mat, I started to do some test with height for the horns and the flares on the sides. They're looking pretty decent but I need to work on them a little bit more to get them to look more smooth
