Kirin & Forest Guardian

This model was made during the months focused on creatures of the master's degree. I love fantasy, so I decided to make my own version of a "Kirin", a dragon-horse hybrid from Chinese mythology.

This real-time model was optimized to 90,000 tris. It has five texture maps, where the scales were made by hand, without alphas.

On the other hand, here is my first 3D project. It was also done for the master's degree, when we focused on the cartoon style. Like I said, I usually choose fantasy themes. This is my "Forest Guardian", who uses her magic wooden hands to protect the home from her.
