THE NEXT STEP
Hi! I'm Laura a 24 years old architect who would like to start working!! I did Architecture in the University of Seville. During the degree I did an Erasmus in Vilnius, Lithuania. After that I got a qualifying architecture's master degree. Now I'm finishing an ArchViz master in butic The New School. So, what's next?
I invite you to take a look at my first steps in the world of architectural visualisation which started last October. I can already say, after successfully passing the exam, that I am an Autodesk Certified Professional in 3ds Max.
I hope we can take the next steps together!
MY FIRST STEPS IN THE ARCHVIZ WORLD
A summary of what I am learning during the ArchViz master's degree at butic The New School, expressed in creativity and art direction workshops in which I have tried to showcase the wide variety of skills acquired. Being my main objective to arouse emotions through my images.
STEP 1 | DALI'S ROOM IN AN ART GALLERY
This step arises from breaking the limits of creativity in architectural visualisation by creating a three-dimensional space from a figurative reference, entering into the creative process of the author of the painting.
The artwork chosen is "Muchacha en la Ventana" by Salvador DalĂ. An architectural space was generated to house this work, a room in an art gallery dedicated to the author.
Entering into the creative process of the author of the painting provides us with a better understanding of compositional techniques, framing, camera angle, focal length, lighting, materiality/texturisation... which will help us to open our minds and break boundaries.

STEP 2 | ETERNAL SUMMER IN BOSCO'S HOUSE
In an attempt to arouse emotions through images, the proposal to make a representation of the eternal summer in Bosco's house, by Alberto Campos Baeza, emerges.

STEP 3 | MODEL WHATEVER YOU WANT
A new challenge comes up when I decided to be able to model everything I could imagine.
Thinking about what type of product could be suitable to show the modelling skills on product design in an architectural way added to the reference given by my teacher, the idea to model a traditional door which is located in Madrid was born.
