These are two personal projects that I've done for the rookies contest. I hope you like it!

I really love to model characters. Everyone likes to have a cool character when it's playing a videogame, so this is what I did. I've turn two cool concept arts into videogame characters.

There are the two concepts that I've used:

Red Witch

Samurai

Process:

I've blockout a base mesh on zbrush, once I was happy with the result I've start working on clothes with the extract function. After this, I've done the hair with the curve tube strand by strand. When I've finished with the details in the sculpt I've done some retopology with maya in the whole model. Then I've done the uv's on the low poly object and I've baked all the detail. Finally I've texture the project in substance painter and I did the renders in marmoset.

Samurai

The process doing the samurai whas the same as the red witch.
