The City on Stilts - Bacuis meets Blade Runner

Environments! On our second term in the Vancouver Film School and guess what, we need to design environments. My environment to design is a mash-up of futuristic 2019 L.A. from Blade Runner and Baucis, the city on stilts, from the "Invisible Cities" by Italo Calvino.
