A goblin and his rat- real time character art
I'm a self taught 3D artist, looking to start a career in the game industry. I'm mostly interested in character art, but I also dabble in other areas, as I really enjoy the variety of this field. I chose this piece as my entry, as it is my most complex and most polished project to date. Enjoy.
Gurx and Nikit
A self assigned personal project with main focus on humanoid sculpting in ZBrush and learning a little more about rigging characters, especially facial rigs. As it was supposed to be a learning project, the scope was pretty wide, including a simple animation and a sidekick rat, for animal sculpting extra points and learning how to deal with hair cards. Side goal was to keep everything fairly low poly and real time render viable.
Sculpts done in ZBrush, retopology, prop modeling, rigs and animations in Blender, texturing in Substance Painter, rendered in Eevee.
