United StatesI want to be a 3D Environment/Prop Artist for a game or media company, where I can work on multiple projects.
In my senior year of high school, I took a year-long CAD class learning the fundamentals of 3D modeling using Autodesk Inventor. Learning just those small building blocks of the 3D world really opened my eyes to this whole industry as a career path. It wasn't until I started college that I really thought of this path as a real possibility for me, switching from computer science roughly a year into my studies to follow something that I thoroughly enjoyed doing.
