I want to work for a studio where I can make high-quality stylized 3D character art, and move on to making my own games with my own studio

All my life I've wanted to do this, but only just recently have I had my eyes opened to the fact that something like this is possible for me. I didn't realize I would be able to ever learn 3D art, but I am growing every day and am learning at an incredible rate.
