While talking a college-level video production class, we took a field trip to a Public Television Studio to see a live TV program recorded. I stood in the control room, watched through the glass into the studio, the cameras, the lights on the set, and the switchers and equipment that made it all happen. Seeing that synergy where technology and storytelling meet. That's when I knew I would spend the rest of my life pursuing this.
