I want to start off by working in close knit studios where there's more opportunity to learn, and then work my way through to direction role

I was in 10th grade, watching Avatar: the last airbender, and for the first time in my whole animation loving life that I acknowledged the obvious... There are these insanely talented, magnificent people who are making this happen. Each in their own roles, working towards making something which transcends the individual ego. I realized I needed to be one among them.
