I want to create concept art/comics about topics that matter to me and to incorporate representation where it is lacking in media.

I first realized when my high school art teacher told me I should consider illustration as a career option. I had been working on a storyboard for a short story and it had never really processed for me that it was something I could pursue, despite loving art since a young age. His encouragement helped me to realise that I could take this path.
