"The Last of Us" inspired environment
This project is part of my student demo reel and was my first attempt at a bigger environment with a variety of foliage and some props. I used concept art for "The Last of Us Part 2" by John Sweeney as direct reference.
Since this was one of my first environments and I had only worked in Maya (and rendered with Arnold) at that time, I realized way too late that it definitely would have been easier to use Unreal Engine for this project.
But nonetheless I learned a lot while creating this environment.
