I made this low poly model in under 10k polygons and I rigged and textured it. He has changeable faces.

Here is the model in Unity Firstly, the final result, then without lights, without textures and with the wireframe view. In the wireframe view, the face plane was removed to show the head geometry. He was rigged and posed in Blender and the face is in a different texture to be changeable.
