Space Girl Celestia

My original Celestia Design as 3d Model.

Celestia holds the galaxy in her coat and a black hole in her hair. The lightning ball in her hands resembles the sun. My idea was to show the depth of space in her coat so her body is transparent. The most challenging part was to get a "limbless" feeling since I could not just cut of the arms and legs and let them fly in the nothingness.

I created some transparency maps in Substance Painter to make her body almost dissapear. I found the outcome better than removing the vertecies in Zbrush and only have some arms and legs floating around.

I´m still working on the lighting in my scene and giving her textrues a bit more depth in substance. I had a lot fun trying out new techniques in substance and learning anathomy.
