Phone Box Unreal Engine

Hey everyone! I've been working on this one for the past 5 weeks. This time a classic phone box that's slowly disappearing from the streets in South Korea. I wanted to pay tribute to this iconic design and capture its essence through 3D modeling. It was a fun and challenging project, and I learned a lot along the way.
Hey everyone! I've been working on this one for the past 5 weeks. This time a classic phone box that's slowly disappearing from the streets in South Korea.
I wanted to pay tribute to this iconic design and capture its essence through 3D modeling. It was a fun and challenging project, and I learned a lot along the way.
To add a little bit of context to the scene, I used Megascans assets like the hydrant, wall tubes, and trash bags. I created all the other materials with Designer and Painter from scratch.
For the main elements of the scene, I created three texture sets in Painter using base materials that I made in Designer:
The phone - 2048x2048
The cabin - 4096x4096
Set dressing elements - 1024x1024
I also made tiling materials for the secondary elements of the scene, such as the sidewalk, road, and background wall.
Finally, I used vertex paint in Unreal to blend these all together.
