Baby Kerm is a besieger caterpillar, he digs tunnels and breaks walls.

He lives in a golden reign dominated by butterflies that are situated at the top of the hierarchy.

Kerm’s idea was born thinking about child soldier’s reality, crushed and oppressed by a system they cannot control.

Precisely from this point of view, as you can see from the image, Kerm is chocked by 5 rings that are the symbol of the physical oppression of a job that doesn’t compete with him, also for this reason he wears a brething mask.

Despite this apparently hopeless situation, large-sized besieging caterpillars like Kerm have the chance to escape through the same contraption they are trapped in, the 5 rings.

In fact, during the period of metamorphosis, these rings will open and they’ll allow the caterpillar to become a butterfly.

Unfortunately, as shown in the pics, Kerm won’t be among the lucky ones who will be able to enjoy this social redemption and he won’t exceed the young age.
