
Lady Maria of the Astral Clocktower

This is my take on one of my favorite characters from bloodborne, it was made for real time rendering while retaining good detail
Since Realtime rendering and the use of ray tracing was a goal, the topology applied is extremely optimized and I tried to capture as much detail in the siluette of the character while having a clear idea of what should be applied with normal
Some of the struggles I faced were texturing her skin since she has to be pale and give a dead vibe and using hair cards for the characters hair
I think in ended looking fantastic and with a good texture quality
This is how the model looked in the original game
I tried different HDRIs to show how the materials react in different environments
Then I did some more renders on studio lighting to show the diffuse colors and all the detail of the model
Some more passes with the diffuse, the wireframe and the normals
