Winter's Arrival #2
For Winter's Arrival I was the Inker, I refined my team mates' sketches into more clearer lines for our colorist to add the finishing touches to each page. I was also the main script writer and the background designer, filling in any roles that needed to be completed within 13 weeks of development.
During the first 2 pages I was in charge of fixing the details for the backgrounds after Tracey Thai created the sketches from Emily Kendall's layouts. Our organisation for the workload changed explaining why pages 1 and 2, 15 - 18 looks different from the rest.
These are some explorations I did with the backgrounds for the main building. I Implemented some medieval architecture into the town and created the Tavern's logo design. There're also some experiments with what textures could be used for the background and what the overall building could look like.
