Turkish Table

Inspired by Turkish culture, people come together to play a game called tavla and drink tea in small cafes. In many Turkish families, when guests come over, coffee and a dessert called lokum is served to show gratitude and to welcome them. This gesture has been a part of my life and inspired this piece.
