I realize this little scene with some assets that I made for "11 Years Ago" (a puzzle game you can find here https://bigrockschool.itch.io/11-years-ago). I worked on all the aspects of those scenes.
Modeling, Texturing, Shading and Ligthing - an "11 Years Ago" scene
Below there are some props that I made for "11 Years Ago", the Red 32 final project, a first pearson puzzle game realize in Unreal 5.
The game is set between the 1950s and 1960s, so I tried to recreate that style.
I modeled those assets in Maya (curtain made with Marvelous Designer) and textured in Substance Painter. (Plate model by Gloria Bont and bulb model by Francesco Ulian).
I decide to create a little scene with this prop and work on some different kind of lighting: daylight, golden hour (sunset) and night.
I have always worked on Maya, rendering with Arnold.
Normal, Ambient Occlusion, Albedo, Specular
One of my favorite models is the study lamp.
I used a Milenka Lamp as reference, it took me a lot of work, expecially for the textures, I'm proud of the results.
