The Model Working in Garry's Mod, Had to sort out the retargeting using Delta Animations as the source engine retargets the default male animations by adjusting both location AND rotation, which means that the taller your character is from the default height, the more messed up it gets. Not a perfect solution, but at least this way I can dodge that problem for 99% of issues (only some very minor issues remain that can't be dealt with)
