Cutscene Practice - Cinematography

So I wanted to see if I was given assets ( textures, character models, animations, music etc.) could I make a game. I also wanted to learn about how to make cutscenes in Unity as I had no idea previous to this. So I purchased "The Ultimate Guide to Cinematography with Unity" by Jonathan Weinberger.
