A secluded computing facility that houses the head of an advanced AI robotic mind. I was responsible for all aspects of this project. The creation of this environment took place over a three week period. The sum tri count for the whole scene is 125,228. All rendered in real time.

When designing this environment, a goal of mine was to create a unique concept by blending art styles from a variety of game's such as Destiny, Halo 5, and God of War.

I have always been drawn to the detailed sci-fi architectural style of the Rasputin levels in Destiny. However, I wanted my concept to be more colorful than that, much like God of War.

I appreciate how God of War uses nature to emphasize the game's magical atmosphere, so I decided to combine Sci-Fi architecture with natural elements. In addition, it allowed me to introduce more color to my project.

Lighting also played an enormous role in the color scheme of my scene. Using hues of mostly reds, purples, and blues, I was able to effectively communicate a vibrant enchanting mood; much like God of War.

Using volumetric lighting as well as a green emissive material, I was able to create a focal point in the center of the room.

Mood board for my scene which mainly focused on the materials and architectural elements of the sic-fi style I wanted to emulate.
